Adro Pay Terms

These Adro Pay Terms and Conditions (“Adro Pay”) are entered into by and between you and AdroCard, Inc. and govern your access to and usage of Adro Pay. Through the Adro App, we may offer you the ability to expedite a transfer of some or all of your funds from your Deposit Account balance to a Linked External Account or eligible debit card subject to any fees detailed at the time of the transaction in the Adro App (“Adro Pay”).

These Adro Pay Terms form a part of, and are incorporated by reference into, the Adro Terms of Service. Your use of Adro Pay is subject to all of the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Services as set forth in the Adro Terms of Service, including, without limitation, the indemnification, limitation of liability, and arbitration provisions. By accessing or using Adro Pay, you agree to be bound by these terms.
